Commission Process
Step 1 – Get in touch
It all starts with a quick chat, you can either e-mail me:
[email protected] or message me
here with your request, indicating what size portrait you are considering, whether you would prefer a portrait of your pet’s head/neck or a
whole body. You can send your pet’s photos at this stage too, click
here to check the reference photo requirements.
I will get back to you as soon as possible (I aim to respond within 24 hours). Based on your enquiry and my current workload
I will give you a rough estimate of completing your commission.
Step 2 – Reference Photos and Order Confirmation
Once we have discussed your requirements, and you have chosen and provided me with the photograph you would like me to recreate,
together with several other good quality photos that I will use as references, I will send an email of your order details, confirming the size
you have chosen, the master photo I will use, price and the estimated completion date. I would like you to check it all carefully and respond
by acknowledging that all details are indeed correct, so I can secure your commission and add it to my calendar.
Step 3 – Completed Portrait Notification and Payment Request
Once your portrait is completed (usually within 3-6 weeks) I will email to inform you. Here you will have a chance to see a
photo of the portrait before I post it to you, or you can choose to be totally wowed when you open your package! Next, I will send you a
payment request, bank transfer is my preferred method and will provide you with the details. Once payment is received I will carefully
package your portrait ready to be posted.
Step 4 – Delivery
I will let you know once I have posted your portrait along with your tracking number. For delivery within the UK (Mainland),
I use Royal Mail Tracked Delivery Service. If posting abroad, please let me know in advance (before placing your order) as I need to give
you a quote.
Your secure package will include: your framed portrait, certificate of authenticity, 10% Discount Voucher + a few business cards for family and friends.
Step 5 - Review
I will be absolutely thrilled to hear back from you, but no need to rush, I really would like to leave
you in peace to enjoy the amazing portrait of your pet.
